These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lodgingintegrations.com ("Website") and the services provided by Wisdomclicks LLC, a Florida-based company doing business as Lodging Integrations ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
Lodging Integrations offers Property Management System (PMS) integration services that enable hotels to connect their listings to platforms such as Airbnb. We provide setup, listing creation, and ongoing synchronization of rates and availability, aiming to simplify operations and increase reservations for hotel owners.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the hotel property. By using our services, you affirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you are not violating any applicable laws.

3. Responsibilities of the Client
You are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and updated information about your property, rooms, amenities, and policies.
Supplying or approving all images and descriptions used in the listings.
Ensuring your hotel operations comply with all relevant laws, tax obligations, zoning, and health/safety regulations.
We may offer guidance and support, but the accuracy and truthfulness of any listing content are ultimately your responsibility.

4. Limitations of Liability
Wisdomclicks LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your property’s online listings, including but not limited to photographs, room descriptions, amenities, pricing, availability, or policies. These are the responsibility of the property owner or manager.

We are also not responsible for:
- Platform decisions made by Airbnb or others, including listing removals or suspensions.
- Any financial losses, missed reservations, guest complaints, or damage resulting from inaccurate listings or integration disruptions.
- Technical errors caused by third-party platforms, software providers, or internet outages.

5. Fees & Payment
Our service is offered as a flat fee per listing or room type. All fees are clearly disclosed and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds are provided once services have commenced.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate after services have started, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

7. Data Privacy
We collect only the necessary information to perform the service, such as your name, hotel name and address, phone number, and PMS details. We do not collect Social Security Numbers. User data is stored only while services are active. We do not use cookies for retargeting and do not sell your data.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, design, graphics, and logo, is owned by Wisdomclicks LLC and may not be copied, modified, or reused without our express written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
